All cancellation requests must be received in writing via info@maplemeadowscampground.com
To qualify for a refund, we must receive your cancellation request at least 7 days prior to arrival. Credit card processing fees cannot be refunded and all refunds are subject to a $5 service fee. 
All cancellations received less than 7 days prior to your arrival will not be refunded.
